Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to let us introduce ourselves. Our team, BayAreaResource, works within Intero Real Estate services to help buyers and sellers understand their options and help them find the best solutions and resources for any real estate related questions or problems.  During these uncertain economic times, we seek to educate buyers and sellers as well as those who simply have questions or have not decided what direction to take.

We (there are currently four of us) have completed extensive education and training for Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) and/or Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification Program (SFR), two designations issued to a small percentage of Realtors in the Bay Area. Our resources and education help keep us abreast of the continuing changes in the distressed real estate market.

Our team members continue to work and volunteer in various Bay Area communities to educate local citizens. We recently created educational real estate events for San Francisco Police Association, San Francisco Teachers Union and Santa Clara County Firefighters that helped empower attendees with information about the current real estate market. We continually volunteer and work with many local non-profit agencies including San Jose City Housing, Homeownership SF and others.

During these often-uncertain times, not everyone needs to sell or buy a home – sometimes people just need a little guidance. Our team is more than happy to help you reach your goals. We have many resources. We look forward to acting as a resource for you and anyone else who may need our assistance.
